Also sounds fine before the ORBAN 200, and before the NICOM STL Tx. I really think we need to have the crew come back out, climb the tower, and shoo...

Removed ye old Transmitter Monitor/Control

One of the last pieces of 'home brew' equipment from the AM Side. We think that station founder made this and used it on this AM station since around the 50's.

During my short time here, all it did was serve as a silence detector.

Will this STL link work?

Completely out of my league here.. We are moving an existing Nicom 9XX STL link.

This is a plot of the new proposed location. Anyone want to hazard a guess if it will work?

EAS911 Unit, trying to understand relay closures

I have been tasked with revamping the EAS relays.

We have an EAS911 unit.

I cant figure out why there are 2 wires, one carrying 36vdc from the transformer, and one that is grounded.

Another pic https://www.dropbox.com/s/ids9h1nfee99lhc/reg1.jpg?dl=0 Once I turned it on, it makes clicks, etc, and the voltage moves slightly back and forth with changing loads. Looks like nothing is connected to LINE C, and Line A seems broken as all it does is click, and no voltage change is regis...
