Re: Drone (sUAS) Coordination?

OK Want Drones? Went to this show last night at Disney World. 300+ drones in the air at same time doing a Disney light show at night. 5 min long. Do a bit of digging and you will also find a video about putting it together with some pix of the drones. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dHHMrvaXgyA Impr...

Re: Replacement for FM Broadcast CD players

Zara allows start & stop of playlist from serial port closures. EBR allows start of next event from serial port closure, stops on empty positions in the playlist. Not sure about sending out serial commands for switcher from Zara, but EBR does as they are put right in the playlist as a txt file. Both...

Re: Replacement for FM Broadcast CD players

Are you talking Automation or a simple player? Any of the modern automation suppliers will work all depends on your budget. Walk away time? what are you looking for. There are simple cart deck players out there that simply cycle music. Even Winamp can do that. The serial output might be a limiting t...

Re: Video playout automation software

Just looked at the web site. Interesting idea. Never thought of using worship software for this. I have been trying a program from EBR Audio. It is a player designed for radio but it does a pretty good job on video files. It's more broadcast style, play decks. Just stack the .mp2 or .mp4 files up an...

Got a Mom & Pop LPTV that needs to get some programming on the air with a simple file play automation. Looking for something inexpensive, probably just software that can run on a Windows computer. Trying to keep this real simple and inexpensive. At this time it does not need to interface with a traf...

You want Evernote. It is great, and a very mainstream app. Also free. Syncs all your notes and pix to/from your home computer.

I've got 3 of the Matrox Convert + (plus) units. You want the PLUS version with region of interest. They work as advertised. I have one in each edit suite feeding master as well as one not yet installed for some computer TBD in Master. Production people like them. This is a LP spanish, so not much $...
