Anyone going to Madison this year?

Post by BroadcastDoc » Fri Sep 26, 2008 12:53 pm

Anyone going to the Midwest Broadcasster's Clinic and National SBE meeting in Madison this year?

http://www.wi-broadcasters.org/events/B ... clinic.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I know that Jeff Welton (RFWarrior) and I will be there, and if there we have anyone else going I was thinking of maybe having a little gathering at my facilities there. Post a reply if you plan to be there, and if there's enough interest, I'll put something together.

When you planning the meet-up? As many know, I am in Madison already :D

That's what I'm trying to put together. I want to see how many people are going to be around...

The C.E. and I are thinking about it. I'll definitely let you know if we show up.

I might make Wednesday for the SBE mtg.

As indicated, I will be there - planning to arrive sometime Monday I think - might fly in Sunday and overnight somewhere else, but not sure at the moment. We'll have both Gary Liebisch and I in the booth off and on (he's there for SBE stuff, so we thought it best to try to add some class to the booth by bringing him in, as opposed to me by my lonesome :) )

Won't have any of our new talent there this year (http://www.nautel.com/10-08-2008.aspx), unless they decide to crash the party, but we are bringing a big honking transmitter to show off :D

Best,

Jeff
