Harris MW10B RF driver module

Post by oldzink » Fri Jul 01, 2016 2:24 pm

We're trying to get a couple more years out of our MW10B.
We need one of the fet (IRF350) rf driver modules.

We have a MW10 that we use for parts, but it used the earlier bipolar transistors in the drive modules.

If you are looking for the mosfets, you might want to try OEM Parts, Inc. in Colorado Springs. They have a gigantic supply of most everything electronic.

I spent hours there years ago during a project in the Springs, and came away with lots of goodies.

Thanks guys.
The 350's aren't the problem.
The modules have a one of a kind toroidal sp? transformer.
That's the part we need.
