Browser / Java combination for ARC-16 Web access?

Post by BingNYEng » Mon May 22, 2017 6:58 am

We are still running Burk ARC-16's here, and since recent browser and Java updates, can no longer access the web interfaces. Does anyone know of a browser and Java combination that still works? Burk doesn't support them anymore.

What used to work?
Find old PC, install appropriate OS and Java versions.
Why we never scrap old pc's that still work.
Like why I'm still employed, I'm old but still work (sorta)

1.6.

You have to now use a free account with Oracle to download old java, or you can find it on filehippo.

We have the Burk Webserver at the transmitter, and that is the Java version I Have to use for it.
