I realize this is kind of a weird question, but does anyone else who is running a Dalet automation system had trouble reaching anyone at Dalet? Recently their support folks don't respond and the sales rep won't respond to E-mails or phone calls. Makes me wonder if something else is going on, or are they all on some sort of French holiday? For what they charge for their support agreement, I am not impressed. In fact, I'm inclined not to renew the support agreement until they at least have the courtesy to return our calls or E-mails.
