SGT VEDA Automation CSV Import

Post by zkazzay » Mon Apr 18, 2016 2:51 am

Hello Everybody,

Just wondering if anybody is using Veda Automation system by SGT, and if so, are you importing csv files?

Because i can't get my csv's to work properly and i would need some help, since I'm using and outdated version of this solution (Harmonic + SGT Veda Automation).

Anybody out there that can help with veda?

Thanks,

Does anyone knows how to configure the importation of csv's on VEDA Automation?

I've worked and heard of many automation systems but not this one. What do the CSV files do? Is it data input, instructions, something else?

Hi,

The csv's are data input for schedules creation, like a traffic system.

The thing is, the csv template I have from SGT (the software creators) doesn't have a collumn for the secondary event type, it has for the secondary event parameters but not for the type (source), and i already tried to manipulate the csv template like the broadcast logs, but it wont import.
