TFT EAS 999 and 940A manual

Post by Sam Buca » Fri Mar 25, 2011 9:46 am

Anyone have a manual for an EAS 999 and 940A? I think the 940A is squared away, so I'm more interested in the 999. Need to know the dipswitch/jumper and terminal block info. Right now it seems it requires +5Vdc on pin 1 to be connected to pin 6 to activate the insert, which sucks. I'm looking to see if I can change a setting to pull it to ground instead.

Thanks.

I had to use a 2N3906 to switch it on/off. And the heat shrink tubing seems to be all gone so it looks ugly as hell.

Remember, Sam, that pretty is optional, functionality is not.
