TFT 3320 CAP converter

Post by grich » Mon Mar 20, 2017 9:55 am

I know someone with a 3320 CAP converter. He says the unit appears to be polling the FEMA site just fine, but the processed alert log shows it hasn't actually processed a message since 2015! I didn't ask him how he passed the last National EAS test. Of course, he's not getting any CAP tests. He says he found a status message saying the TTS license was expired, and to call support. Since I expect there is no more support for this, has anyone else seen this kind of problem? I'm about to tell him he needs another solution.

Considering that TFT is TFTs up and there is no support for any of their stuff anymore, your advice to get something else is probably the wisest path.

Call or email Darryl Parker (408) 219-5579 darryleparker(AT)comcast.net.
He's still attempting to support TFT stuff in a limited capacity.
