FCC Waives Incentive Auction Silent Period

The Federal Communications Commission today waived the quiet period that enjoined broadcasters from talking shop during the TV spectrum incentive auction.

I kinda think the bigger news in yesterday's release is that they expect the new channel assignment letters to be in stations' hands by next Monday.

Good, now I can tell my congresscritter just what I think of this whole idea.
Trim to fit, paint to match, tune for minimum smoke.
