Lots of products out there, Linear Acoustic, Tektronix, Leader, Marshall Electronics and Dolby. The dolby LM-100 is a good solid product for just leaving in the rack and watching levels and dialnorm from AC-3 devices like mepeg encoders. I use a Grid connect RS232 to IP converter to run the unit remotely and snap measurements. If you need dialnorm logs there are products for that too. Linear Acoustics LQ-1000 will actually make automated logged measurements. Linear also has a handheld device called the MT20000. I didn't care for the menu structure but for a portable, it does plenty. https://www.telosalliance.com/Linear

Not sure where you are but Half Buttermore has always been very helpful for me with audio. Hal@linearacoustic.com

I have also seen the WFM5250 from Tektronix but never used one. Note: audio loudness is an option you have to purchase for the portable.
