16 foot extendable stick with a floor scrubbing brush attached. Long, light weight and small enough to work on a not too flat plane. Our 5m dishes now have heaters on them. Can't remember to brand name, but they cover the entire back of the dish. Works great except for the 5m that's at the end of th...

Re: New UPS suggestion

Thanks, everyone. Turns out we had a Liebert 3KVA on the shelf at TOC, that should be enough to work for this application.
I agree with the APC units. Other than a super small model, I stay away from them.

Re: RING MY BELL

My new iPhone is set to 'OFF' for alerts, but this came thru anyway. With the phone in 'locked' state. What a deal if I was in a quiet place (live mic).

New UPS suggestion

I have to replace an old UPS, 220v in, 120v out, about 6KVA.
Any suggestions? What to get, what to avoid?

Re: Luci Live/QgoLive not behaving with Bric-link

Win 10 has the soundcard in monitor mode (gozoutas=gozintas). I don't remember where the setting is (or if W10 removed it), so you may need to use a legacy sound card on the remote pc.

Re: PC based multi-band processor

Try to find a (working) Symetrix AGC and Compressor/Limiter units. Models 422 and 425, IIRC. No PC needed, lower power consumption and easy to hide from prying fingers. Set up well, they'll give you a 'radio' sound without destroying the quality. Problem with that setup is no FM peak limiter, meani...
