The ME-1 worked very well IF you wire jumped all the clipping diodes and let the base/emitter junctions of their driver transistors do the clipping instead. In this way it was a VERY hard clipper! The easiest antenna I have seen to build is the vertically polarized corner reflector. For the 41 meter band, build an insulated 35 foot Rohn 25.
