Re: AM Digital NPRM

FMs are now the LP1s in some markets. Omaha is one (except that Nebraska doesn’t have LP-1s and 2s) where KFAB’s longtime FM, KGOR, is one of a few stations designated for monitoring, and KFAB is not, but can be monitored as an additional source, if desired. in fact, the requirements are less strin...

As far as I know, it should decode and log (serial...) most data even if the new codes aren't recognized. If you are going to junk it, I will pay sh...

Is this box worth anything to anyone?

I know it's not Cap Compliant.

100% on the Sage. Easy to program , use, etc. They are also charging for the new TLS certificate, but it's only like $300.

Re: TV OTA antennas

Any old-school "fishbone" antenna is always your best bet unless you are UHF-only. Then a four bay bow tie will win just about every time. The "new" antenna designs are really bad. I tried one of the "Leaf" antennas when they came out and a simple UHF loop did a better job. I want to +1 this. I am ...

Of course, because it will be brought up.

Everyone knows that KCET's Grass Valley 1600-M2 switcher destroyed Alderaan.

Re: Political Candidates & Talk Show Host

Annnnd I think we're done.

Just a reminder about political posts here. While this post wasn't initially, it is "on the edge", and can go in the wrong direction too easily, so it's closed.

Thanks.
