AM DX observations
Anybody notice here in the east that the Cuban QRM problem has been worse lately? I noticed a lot of extra Spanish-language skywave last night and post-sunrise this morning was a real mess.
What's that do....?

Actually I have been hearing more Venezuelans than in the past. Unfortunately I didnt DX this morning.Dave Loudin wrote:Anybody notice here in the east that the Cuban QRM problem has been worse lately? Re: AM DX observations
I'll have to listen a bit more closely, then! I usually check 570 kHz (normally WTNT, Bethesda, MD, plus a few others here) to see how loudly Radio Reloj can be heard as a guide.
What's that do....?
Re: AM DX observations
Not a single Cuban this morning! WOW. Usually 670 and 890 are total Cuban. No 570, 790, 820, 850 Radio Reloj either.
750 was loaded with Spanish.. assumed YVKS on top... cant dig out the rest. All are under WSB of course.
1000 Sounded like Brazil with XEOY under. WMVP was way under.
1010 Was Sports Radio 10-10 which looks like WQYK in Florida at 5kW and a major null to me.
