Sounds like CHIN on 1040 is coming through in the morning. Makes for interesting drive in.

Um.... CHIN is on 1540 And they indicate that they are broadcasting Italian from midnight til noon on weekdays (except for Caribbean from midnight til 1:00 am Tues thru Fri and a specialty show that is listed on Wed, but actually airs Thursday).
