I may be color-blind but it looks to me as if the leader is only 0.1 ohm...

Looks like brow-black-gold, or 10 ohms 5% tolerance. Or maybe I forgot how to read the RETMA color code. These new resistors are so blasted small. I need a microscope to see the bands, much less read them.

It appears to be a faded green, third band green is x100k so quite a bit more than 10 ohms. And if you look very carefully, there is a 4th color band, which appears to be a faded gold. But one thing for sure, that resistor body color in the image does the same thing to confuse on color bands on real ones..so it is a good replica!
