The only challenge might be the way the ND1 derives the 2Fc/N signal that it uses for the PDM reference... I can't remember if that's taken from the input of the second /2 circuit or elsewhere - then if you use /2, the second circuit only is used and if /4, both are used. If that's the case, it won't matter to the transmitter whether you use a higher freq. source and /4 instead of /2.

That said, if you're using something like what I'm reading the ProgRock to be, might be easier just to run it at your carrier frequency, use it as the source for a differential amplifier with a 15V rail and jumper the transmitter to use the external RF drive source. Easy enough to do and removes any divide-by questions from the equation.

I've tested this via the external "AM Stereo" input on a ND1 and it works fine.
