I'm looking at a CP application for a translator that was accepted for filing about 6 months ago but had an informal objection filed. The applicant just now modified his CP application in an attempt to address the compliant and now the FCC status is showing as "superseded". Is the application now open for additional informal objections for 30 days? My option is that the recent modification does not address the original informal objection.
Thanks Ray

Re: FCC Status "Superseded" Definition
Superseded means amended in FCC legal-speak, and are not current. The only reason to check that box in the CDBS lookup is for historical reasons. There is a current record there somewhere.
