Need a NJ licensed PE to stamp a *very* small tower job. It being erected on municipal land on behalf of a non-profit, so it needs the permit and seal.
When I say small, I mean small - this is literally 20 feet of self supporting Rohn 26G with a PTZ video camera on top. Drop zone is parking lot and private road, worst case collapse will not reach any buildings.
Any leads on a PE that would take on a job like this without breaking the bank?

Why can't you put up a small wooden utility pole and bypass all that BS?

Tower + 1.5 yards of transit mix is cheaper then a pole. Since Hurricane Sandy pole pricing is out of control.
Edit: and it still would need a PE as it's *not* a pole used by a public utility....
