Position Duties: Perform the repair, replacement, modification, installation, removal, adjustment and integration of all technical equipment related to the operation of KWTV. Follow safety rules and exercise judgment that results in safe actions to prevent injury.
Work Schedule: Full-time position. Hours are predominantly daytime, but schedule may vary. Must be flexible to schedule changes due to holidays, vacations, sick leave and breaking news. Must be willing to work mornings, evenings and weekends.

Preferred Experience: All employees are required to provide documentation of employment eligibility to work in the United States.
Required Education: Related experience will be evaluated by Company management and may be substituted on the basis of two years of experience equals one year of education.
Preferred Education: Associates Degree in technical area, military training, or an electronics or trade school Certification preferred. IT experience, A+, and Network + certifications desirable.
Skills Required: Must have knowledge of digital theory, microprocessor, computer operations, computer operating systems, as well as general solid state electronics, video and audio reproduction techniques, microwave theory and television signal standards. Must be competent in the use of electronic test equipment.
Skills Preferred: Minimum three years engineering maintenance experience on television audio, video, and micro-processor controlled equipment. Also possess mathematical ability to perform basic calculations and critical thinking.
