Replacement dehydrator pressure switch

Post by Joe Friday » Wed Jul 10, 2019 1:14 pm

I have a Andrew dehydrator that is in need of a replacement pressure switch. This is the low end unit with the external desiccant canister built by Gast, but sold through Andrew.

The original part is a P61AA-35C by Johnson Controls, and appears to be NLA. A quick search at Granger does not reveal a suitable unit. Just wondering if anyone may have an idea on a replacement. Looking for one where the pump will kick on at about 3 PSI and out at about 6 PSI.

Thanks!

Kevin

I googled:
adjustable pressure switch
and got several decent suppliers with units in the 3-6psi range for between $50 and $150.

I also googled:
Johnson Controls P61AA-35C
and found one supplier that claims to have one unit in stock for around $35.

You might try MSC instead of Grainger.

Thanks! I had spent about an hour looking, and did not come up with anything. The right syntax makes all the difference in the search returns.

Thanks again!
