IP streaming of multiple satellite tv channels

Hi every one i have to transmit 6 tv channels on internet from one country to another, receive them and re transmit on satellite, which can be the feasible solution. which is reliable as well as cost effective.

What is your resolution/quality expectation? Not inexpensive my any measure, but there are several brands of IP video/audio encoders that will give you the ability to IP stream over the public Internet. The good ones will cost you $60,000 USD per channel, per stream, but they're professional grade, high reliability units.
