PPM Encoding

Any reasonably simple way to determine if your favorite FM is bothering to encode PPM?

Is it in a PPM market?

NYC - Trying to determine if the carcass of WBAI is even bothering. I don't see them in the book at all.

If they don't buy the book they won't be in the publicly-released numbers. If you didn't buy the book (or get an illicit full copy of it from someone) then you won't see them either since the full survey results are only released to subscribers.

If you are looking at a full report then they would be mentioned at the bottom somewhere even if they aren't encoding.

Understood. Trying to determine if they are encoding or not.
